Right of withdrwal
You can cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reasons in text form ( letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods delivered before the cancel deadline - by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notice in written form, but not before receipt of the goods to the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before our obligations of informing you concerning article 246 §2 in connection with §1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB, as well as our duties according to §312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in connection with article 246 §3 EGBGB. For preservation the revocation time limit, it is sufficient to send the revocation or the goods in time. The revocation must be sent to:

Consequences of withdrawal
In case of an effective cancellation the mutually received benefits have to be given back. If you can not give us the received benefits back completely or partially, or only in deteriorated condition, you are obliged to pay compensation. For the deterioration of the products and derived benefits you must only pay compensation, if the use or the deterioration is due unusual use or testing, which goes beyond the examination of the characteristics and functions of the products. The term "examination of the characteristics and functions of the products" means the testing and evaluation of the current item, as it is usual in a store. Transportable items are to be returned at our expense and risk. Not transportable items are picked up. Obligations to reimburse payments must be made within 30 days. The time limit begins when you send your cancellation or the goods.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal, does not apply for distance contracts:
• for goods which are manufactured for customer specifications, OR
• are clearly tailored to personal needs OR
• due to their nature are not suitable for return OR
• for goods which spoil quickly, OR
• if the expiry date has passed.

3.2
Please avoid damage and contamination. Please send the product back to us in original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. Use an protective overpack if possible. If you do not have the original packaging, please provide a suitable packaging for adequate protection against damage during transport.

Please send the goods as a insuranced package back to us and please keep the receipt.

Please use the enclosed return form for returns. A correctly filled-in return form makes it easier for us to assign the product and allows us a faster processing.
3.5
Please note that the paragraphs 3.2 to 3.4 are not prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
